Rev slider not working on any MAC OS

Hi guys,

Hope you can help me. I’ve had a problem with revolution slider. It doesn’t load on mac operating systems. I’ve tested Catalina, Mojave, High Sierra, Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion, Lion & Snow Leopard.

In addition, I deactivated all plugins etc and still no joy.

I’d love your advice.

Hey Claire,

I checked your site using Mac Catalina and Safari and your slider shows up.

This might be a problem on your end only and not all Macs. Please clear your browser’s cache and if you’re using browser extensions, please temporarily deactivate all of them.

Since the slider shows up on my end, I don’t have any lead that could point to the cause of the issue on your end. Please press F12 on your keyboard or open your browser’s Console and give us a screenshot of the Console errors.

Hi Christian,
Thanks for responding so swiftly as always.
Unfortunately, the issue still remains. We’ve now tested across 4 different Macs on alternate networks and the issue remains.
I since tried recreating the sliders and in doing so am now getting an error on a Surface Pro using Chrome. Rev slider no longer recognising request to add arrows in nav and all text momentarily disappears in backend of slider editor.

Glad you sorted things out on your end, for the benefits of others that might have the same issue, can you share what was the issue? was it browser’s cache, or browser extension, or something?
