Rev slider not visible after update theme

I had this problem already in April when updating the theme and rev slider.The slider seemed to have a solid white on it. but i can’t find the problem voor the invisibility or where this to remove.
I’ll send you credits as soon as possible.

Hi There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

Dear Joan, deactivating plugins doesn’'t solve the problem. I had this problem although in april. It’s just the rev slider on the landingpage, that isn’t visible. All other rev sliders work well. Here is the comment of your college from the last time:

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, the slider has a solid white on it. I did go ahead and change that to transparent so now we can see that background video.

Please clear you browser’s cache before previewing the page.

The problem for me is, that i couldn’t find where he changed the solid white to transparent (in front of the slider). Can you give me a tip of a screenshoot, where to do so?

Sincerly yours Ronny

Hi Ronny,

On Slider Settings under the Layout & Visual panel, you can see the Background color option.

Thanks,

Dear Friech. thanks for the screenshot, but the background there is transparant. Can’t you have a look with my credentials. If i have to pay something let me know. But it’s a landing page from children doctors en it’s not shown for 3 days.
Thanks

Hi There,

We are talking about the homepage right? Here’s the issue, that page is using a Blank - No Container | No Header, No Footer page template (https://prnt.sc/gcg7a2). That means that page has no Header and setting a Slider Settings: Below Masthead (below header) is futile, hope that make sense.

Use a Blank - No Container | Header, No Footer page template instead, and to hide the header add the custom CSS below on page CSS (not on the Theme Options > CSS) so it will only affect that specific page.

header.masthead {
	display: none;
}

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Dear Friech,
indead! Everything now works fine.
But i find it a little bit strange because within page layout there is the option to disable or enable pagetitle. This doesn’t have any influance within the current version of X anymore, but your code does the trick.
My problems are solved (again). So thank you very much an congretulation (again) with this great theme and the very good support.

Hi There,

That Disable Page Title option is only for Default Template and all Layout - template.
Blank - No Container and Blank - Container template has no title in the first place, so it does not affect it.

We’re delighted to assist you with this.

Cheers!
