Rev Slider - Not optimising on mobile

Hi,

I’ve configured rev slider to optimise for mobile and on a resized chrome browser this looks exactly as it should.

However, this optimisation does not translate to actual mobile devices where it just shows a shrunk version of the desktop view, which is illegible.

The site is at conscierve.com.

Anyone got any ideas on how to remedy this?
