Thanks for reaching out.

It will always occur as long as there are cache. The key factor of defining why it’s due to cache is the “logged in”. Cache plugins or some features have no cache logged in feature, where the cache only takes affect for standard visitors. Let’s say it’s a W3 Total cache plugin, then please check this https://pinpoint.world/wordpress/support/forums/topic/w3-total-cache-logged-in-vs-not-logged-in/. More here https://themeisle.com/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/ and you’ll find the some section has setting for logged in users.

And if you have another cache or CDN like CloudFlare, then that will make it worst since it will cache both logged and not logged in pages hence more conflict.

The solution is managing your caches, clear them when needed especially for every updates or every changes you made in your site. And disable them when necessary when you’re testing and confirming if it’s really due to cache as clearing them may not take effect immediately.
