Rev Slider Malware

My client keeps getting denied Google Ads because of malware. My hosting company cannot find any anywhere on the site (plus it’s a very new site). They sent me this note that perhaps it is in RevSlider. Anyone know the below info is a “thing”?

THanks!

Regrettably, the URLs provided in your previous email did not yield useful insights. As previously discussed, malware content is typically obfuscated to thwart straightforward detection through URL searches. Therefore, it would greatly aid our investigation to ascertain the specific page where these infected contents are being loaded.

On that note, we’ve identified obfuscated content within the d332p3_options table under the option named “rs-templates”. There is suspicion that this content may pertain to the Revslider plugin. However, due to its obfuscated nature, the exact purpose remains unclear. Consequently, we advise reaching out to either the plugin vendor or your development team for further clarification and resolution.

Hi @viamaria,

Unfortunately, we didn’t find this kind of issue never been reported before. Is it possible to check by deactivating the Slider Revolution plugin and check if that is accepted or not?

Thanks
