Rev Slider IG feed displaying incorrect stats?

I have a Revolution Slider that displays posts from my instagram feed. The issue is that none of the like counts on the slider are accurate. What could be causing it and how could I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out.

It could be due to cache in between your site and Instagram since everything is pulled through API.

Could try setting the cache time lower?

And if you have internal server cache feature, please clear them as well.

I just tried setting the cache interval to 30 but that didn’t seem to change anything.

Hi,

Do you have any caching plugin installed? Try to clear it’s cache as well.

If that doesn’t work, try to create a new slider and see if it fetches new data.
