Rev Slider, Convert Plus, The Grid don't Update

Hi,

These three plugins don’t update. When I’ve tried to update them, the process apparently works but then WP displays the previous versions.

I’m especially worried about Slider Rev given the notices of failure by Slider Rev team.

Hey Alex,

It sounds like your web host caches even the WordPress Admin. Before you contact your web host, please first try performing the following troubleshooting actions.

1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
3. Theme Update
4. Child Theme
5. Disabling Cache
6. Disabling Cdn
7. Version Compatibility

Please also export your slides, Convert Plus content, and grids and uninstall the Slider Revolution, Convert Plus, and The Grid and install them again via X > Validation.

Also, if they’re not the only plugins that can’t be updated, please contact your web host why the plugins can’t be updated on your site.

If they’re the only plugins that can’t be updated, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• cPanel or FTP access (contact your web host if you’re unsure of this)
