[rev_slider alias="church-home"] Showing up at top of all site pages

Hi,
My site is www.kirtlandforcesupport.com and after running into some issues today with google analytics, I finally have the site up again. I had to remove the Soliloquy slider i was using as it somehow became corrupted and started using LayerSlider. However, the [rev_slider alias=“church-home”] is now showing up at the top of all the pages, and I can’t find where to remove it. Tips? Help? Advice?
