Rev Slider above masthead not working with sticky bar header after Pro v6.1.6

After updating from Pro v6.1.4 to v6.1.6, the page option to have a Rev Slider above the masthead is not working when the header is sticky. The header remains visible above the Rev Slider.

This is related to this topic, but I’m posting a separate thread so I can include my site info without sharing to original author.

Hello @samuraicow,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and I am seeing the Slider above the masthead. The navbar displays below the slider and as soon as I scroll the page when the navbar hits the top, it becomes sticky. Can you please provide a screenshot of how it should look or at least clarify a little further? If you want to display a fixed navbar right on top of the slider, adding the slider using the Slider Settings: Above Masthead setting is not the right option for the custom header. Be advised that the Slider Settings: Above Masthead is a setting way before we have the custom header builder. We highly recommend that when having a Sticky Bar in the header builder, the slider should also be added in the custom header with its own Bar element.

Best Regards.

Updating to v6.1.7 fixed the issue. I believe my issue was related to this changelog comment:

Pro 6.1.7 - March 9, 2023
Bugfix: Sticky bars did not check content created outside the header to determine it’s sticky trigger position

I don’t believe there’s any way for me to downgrade to v.6.1.6 to show you the issue anymore, but the header was staying at the top of the screen despite enabling Rev Slider above masthead.

Hello @samuraicow,

It is good to know that the new update has fixed the issue for you. Thank you for letting us know. We really appreciate it.

Cheers.
