Reusing menu style

Hi, using Pro, what I want to do is using this exactly menu style but i want to reduce the header, basically finding its natural logo height, please see:

Not sure if is better to reduce the height size or setting a new header, but not sure how to reuse and customize the menu.

I suggest you to reduce the Bar height from 6em to 4em.
