Retrieve excerpt directly from content in post grid

Hi, is there a way to use content for excerpt, also if the Wordpress excerpt is written? I have need Wordpress excerpt for a particular porpose, but with post grid of wp bakery page builder I have need to retrieve the excerpt directly from content.

I’m not sure what you mean by your question, the excerpt is automatically generated from the content once displayed. And it will display the manually added excerpt if there is any.
