Restoring cornerstone content/shortcodes

we are looking for a way to restore some cornerstone content that was either edited outside of cornerstone or somehow broke the editor.

I know that you say there is no way to restore this other than going to a previous version of the page. these are specific to some of our products and we have a couple hundred of them that “someone” broke and the cornerstone content for these products is now not displaying.

How is there no way to restore these shortcodes? I have the “code” that cornerstone should be seeing but now have lost all of this content.

I know this happens to a LOT of users out there–is there no solution for it? I look at other builders and they allow for a workaround when this sort of thing happens. This is a pretty major issue…

Once the page is edited outside the cornerstone there’s no other no way you can edit it back inside the cornerstone builder unless if you have a backup, where you can export the page template and upload it to your live website. If you don’t have any backup, Regretfully, you need to start it from the scratch.
