Hi, so the content builderin PRO’s latest update just stopped previewing any change or showing any difference with responsive text. I thought it was a problem with the page, but on actual preview of the page it works fine. Is there something I’m missing out on? Has responsive text become less of a priority? Is there something I need to do?
Hello @ankit_ojha,
Thanks for writing in! After you created a responsive text, you must reload the Cornerstone editing page so that the responsive text will be rendered. And if you are using v2 headline or v2 text elements, instead of using .resp-h (.your-custom-class) as the responsive text selector, you may use .resp-h .x-text-content-text-primary or (.your-custom-class .x-text-content-text-primary )
Hope this helps.
It’s just a little confusing. Would it be possible for you to break it down?
Hi @ankit_ojha,
It’s how to setup the responsive text, but given that it was working before the update then I assume you already set it up. Would you mind providing the site’s URL that has this issue? And the admin login credentials in the secure note too.
Thanks!
Hi, sure! It’s all in the secure note!
Hey @ankit_ojha,
I have replicated this in my test site so I’ll post this in our issue tracker so our development team would be made aware of this case. You can check our Changelog when there’s an update available to see if this issue has been addressed.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you so much Christian!!!
You are most welcome and thank you for your understanding.
