Responsive Headline with class

Hi there,

My present issue is the headlines do not respond to the device screen sizes. My issue is I’ve set class to my headlines since I need to have different display on the fonts and the other issue is I add hr element to create a line underneath the Title. I think these have affected to the responsiveness of the headlines.
