I am working on a site where the Our Team page has three profiles. We offset the middle one. When it goes to 320px width, how can I make the image on the right display above the profile text like the other two? Right now the image appears under her profile text. Please advise. Thanks.

I suggest that you use the direction reverse option to make it look good on mobile.
It was properly explained on the video below with some examples.
