Responsive backgrouns image

I am trying to figure out how to make the header background image responsive. I have looked at the support articles ans tried a few suggested options with no luck. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out.

By default, the background image has the height and width 100%, and it works similarly in all the screen sizes.
Now if you need to make the adjustment based on the screen size. For that, you need to implement custom media query CSS code, which required customization and beyond our theme support.
I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.

Alternatively, you can use Slider Revolution where the aspect ratio can be maintained for the background imagees.
