Resources for those new to the new elements?

Hello
I’ts wonderful having new stuff to play with, but I am having a hard finding help on what the changes are and what new things I can do. It’s like when the phone updates, and everything changes on you, and you are left to trial and error. Unnecessary pain, even if for a good cause.

Is there a guide anywhere to
-What the changes are to Cornerstone and how the workflow is affected?
-What each of the new elements is; examples and instructions on how to use.

I think its time to build a tutorial, for example building a sample advanced site, step by step and that the user can replicate.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! We are still consolidating the new Knowledge base articles about the new v2 elements. For now, you may check out our changelog to know what has changed:

1.) The workflow in creating a page in Cornerstone would still be the same. You might notice a little change on the interface and that if because we have relocated the settings tab in the left side panel with a set of icons. The layouts were changed too. You can now collapse or expand the sections for a more cleaner design.

2.) The V2 elements is more like an upgrade of the classic elements. For example, the button element, you have advanced controls right in the element where you can change the shadow, border, font size and among other things.

We apologize for the incomplete or no guide available as of the moment. We are still creating these articles for a better explanation and demos of how you maybe able to use each of the elements.

thanks for the great response. Yes when it does work the changes seem to make a good difference. Some of the old frustrations are still there, i will document some suggestions once we are up and running again. thanks
