Resolution of hero image

Hello! I can’t figure out how to keep the resolution of the hero images crisp and high. They appear blurry.

We use slider revolution. When we upload the image into Wordpress, I’ve been clicking restore original, but it still doesn’t seem to be very high resolution.

I know you don’t provide plug in support, but I just wanted to see if you knew of anything with our theme or settings that would be causing this.

Hello Ashley,

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you have enabled the Lazy Loading. Please disable that feature and then clear all your plugin caches before testing your site again.

I have checked your Slider and I am seeing the correct settings.

This could just be a caching issue. Kindly let us know how your test goes.

Thank you! I cleared all the cache and I still think some of the hero images look blurry, like on this page: https://revealhm.com/faq/

Hello Ashley,

I have checked the page. I compared the image present on the page and open the actual image in a browser window. This is what I am seeing.

Comparing the image from the slider

To me, it is not blurry. It is a bit resized though in order to fit the image win the browser window.
