Request Update Following Hotfix - Pro 2.4.7

Hi Guys,
I reported earlier today a problem with Pro Headers and Footers. I’ve identified a new issue since latest Pro Release 2.5.3 - Pro completely ignoring page template settings along with continued issue involving Pro Footer assignment.
I’ve tried reverting back to 2.4.7 however this is no longer working either.
Please keep us informed. I love your theme and convinced my clients to switch to Pro and now this has happened - their site is due tomorrow.
Thanks in advance.
Claire

Hi Claire,

I checked your account and can see you have multiple sites.
Does all your site having this issue? If not please provide us the url of the site where we can the issue.

Please note that page templates will only work if your content layout is not fullwidth.

Thanks

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your response
I was referring to page attributes > templates. Not theme options.
None of which are working.
I’m am not going to update any of my other sites for fear of the same problem arising.
I am in the process of installing another instance of pro on another subdomain with an earlier version of pro to rule out a corrupt installation.
In my previous ticket today I’ve provided login credentials. Let me know if you want to to resend.
Event the save button in the control panel (bottom left) on the Pro Footer & Pro Header section is missing with version 2.5.3 and am still unable to assign any footers to pages.
Will let you know how the new install goes.
Thanks again,
Claire

Hi Paul,

I can confirm with the 2nd subdomain install it has happened again.
I started with 2.4.6 and it was fine.
Tried updating to 2.5.3 and the issue occurred again. Renders the footer allocation and page templates in the single page attributes broken.
Can you please send me a link to download the 2.4.7 zip version.
I’ll do a fresh wordpress install on the new sub and try it again.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Claire

Hi Claire,

Please head over to your Themeco Dashboard and from there under Pro downloads, you should be able to locate the stability release’s download link for the version 2.4.7
