Request: Update Color Picker to use new Picker in all elements and options

I have noticed that some of the color pickers don’t use the updated color picker, the one that includes your template colors. Particularly on the Classic Elements (Classic Creative CTA for example).

I like being able to update a color in the Template colors and have that change carried throughout the theme, but it’s annoying when some instances of the color change and other have to be updated manually.
