Request to improve workflow

This is only a small workflow request but one that makes sense to me.

When loading a template within a page, It’s possible to remove an unnecessary click

Right now the process is to click load template then to click select template.

It’s fair to say that if we click load template we automatically want to select a template so the dropdown should show without the need to click on the select template.

Certainly, there is a lot of UX improvement needs to be done in several places including the place you have pointed out.
Our product also improving day by day with user feedbacks.
