Reoccurring Failed to save error

Hi There,

My website is www.wunderkid.co. I am working on the following page: www.wunderkid.co/linesheet. My updates are current and I deactivated plugins to see if it was the source of the issue with no luck.

I can’t make any edits to the page without getting the Uh Oh Failed to save error message. I know the page is lengthier and I’m wondering if something is causing it to hit the maximum size or something? Would appreciate your input.

Thanks,
Denise

Hello Denise,

Thanks for writing in!

I have checked your page and I can see that there is a JS error in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).live is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):14406)
    at e (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at t (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)

It could be coming from a custom JS code or that it could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Increasing PHP Memory Limit
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

If you want to check your PHP Max Upload size and Post Max Size, go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server. You might need to increase it to at least 32M. Kindly check this out:

Hi @stopanddance,

I tested the page and I was able to save the page, please see the attached screenshot below. I suggest that you clear your browser cache.

Hope that helps.
