I got an email that my support will expire soon, so I wanted to extend it.
I clicked on the blue link to extend my support for $29.38 and it sends me to this page:
I also tried to sign into my account and it says my log-in information is wrong, but I’m sure it isn’t.
Please help

Thanks for writing in!
Once you click on Renew Support Now link, it will lead you to Item details page and you should see Renew Support button. Click on that and it will point you to checkout page.
If you are not able to login or the credentials are not working then please try to reset the login details. https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=themeforest
