Renewal for support

I purchased my theme X on Envato site. They have sent me an e-mail telling me that support for my theme x will be ending soon.

I am very happy with the level and quality of support that you give me I would like to extend it. Can I extend it directly with you or do I have to extend it with Envato services ?

You’ll have to extend it through them as we don’t handle that matter here in the forum
