Renew: Second Child Elements Difficult to Access

Hi Themeco,

I wasn’t able to get back to you quick enough, and the previous topic is now closed. I am still having issues with the navigation disappearing while trying to access the second child elements. After further testing, I think it may be isolated to the Renew stack, and I think it is a CSS issue.

I have installed X into a clean Wordpress installation on AWS. I have updated the theme and Cornerstone to the most current version, and there are no plugins running that could be interfering with the site.

Can you take look and let me know if there is a patch or advice you can offer to correct this? I will add login credentials in a Secure Note following this post.

Hi Nate,

It seems that the 2nd level menu element working fine at our end. Can you please make a video that helps us to recognize the issue you are facing? It has been also found that you are using the X theme version 8.1.3 whereas the Cornerstone version is updated to 5.1.5. I would suggest you update the theme by following the below steps.

1. Delete the Cornerstone existing one
2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
3. After deletion of the Cornerstone, please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

Please let us know if that resolved your issue.

I have updated to the newest versions of X and Cornerstone, and I am still encountering the glitch. The original video in the Secure Note shows the glitch happening on a different site and server that is also using Renew.

I checked your site at my end it seems that it is working fine. It might be a cache issue at your end. Please find the video in the secure note.
