Renew Blog Style in Ethos Stack

I’m just wondering if there is additional CSS I can insert so that the blog post format native to Renew (large featured image, text content below) can be replicated in the Ethos stack (rather than small image on the left, then excerpt to the right).

Additionally, is there a simple CSS addition I can insert such that the post meta tags appear at the bottom of the post?

Never mind! I just switched over to Renew.
