This may be due to third party plugins, to check it first disable all third party plugins and test if you find the same issue then we can check for theme issue.

Hi There,

Upon checking your website, I could see that it has a lot Google Fonts loading.

Google Fonts load times sometimes depend on how many font-weight you have requested. So request only the font-weight that you need.

If you really need to host the Google Fonts, you can follow the guide provided here https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/fonts/lato?subsets=latin

But I advice you read this thread here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35065185/server-stored-fonts-vs-google-fonts first, and then decide if you really want to host the font files.
