Renaming mention of X theme in source code

Hi folks. I’m trying to see if there is a way to rename any reference to the X theme in source code when you view a page? I know it’s used extensively in a range of areas. This has become a bit of a dealbreaker. We don’t want clients snooping, and want to protect our intellectual property for how we build some sites, and this would be invaluable.

Is there any way to do it in the X theme, or is there a plugin that achieves this which is proven to work with the X theme?

Any guidance is appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully renaming any X theme reference isn’t a feature offered by X. Doing that might result to several issues or will break your site. It maybe be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this.

Ok what a shame. This would be an amazing feature. Essentially it would allow true white labelling down to the source. Do you know of any themes that do it?

We do not have idea of a theme that does like that. You might be able to find a WordPress plugin for white label.
