Renamed Theme - Failing Shortcodes

I renamed the main-theme and adjusted the child-theme so that the customer who has also access to the backend is not able to see on which technology the page is based on:

The Problem that now appears is that some shortcodes are not long

Thanks for writing in! If you rename X folder, cornerstone will look for it and think that it is not using X theme thus, cornerstone will act as a standalone plugin which will ask you to validate cornerstone instead and you need a separate Cornerstone license in order to validate cornerstone.

However at the moment, there is no way you can rename X folder because X theme will not function correctly.
