First is there a way to reuse settings from one header on another, like creating a custom preset? I can’t find a way so I was creating copies of headers with the settings I wanted then adding on customizations to the copy. However now I have a bunch of headers just named copy of … and I can’t find a way to rename them. Is there a way to rename a copy of a header? I don’t mind going into the database if necessary.

You will be able to save the header templates on our next 2.0 update, unfortunely this function is not available yet.
You can duplicate the headers. To rename click two times on the name,
