Not sure where this is coming from but it’s not within the coming soon page. The option to login is disabled so it’s not that. Any ideas?

Are you sure you haven’t added any of the Search elements?
Did you make any modifications to the “functions.php” file, such as adding template hooks or filters? Please try to temporarily disable the plugins and purge the cache. Let us know the result.
We may need to access the site if the suggestion above don’t work. Please include the login details in the secure note as well.
