Removing "permalink to" hover text

[COK]

can you tell me how to remove the “permalink to” part of the text that appears on hover for the recent posts element?

see screenshot: https://s1.postimg.org/903rdo1vrz/PERMALINKTO.jpg

this js code below use to work fine, but doesn’t appear to work on my latest build:

jQuery(function($){
$(document).ready(function(){
$('a').attr('title','');
});
});

Hi There,

I can see the code is working when I checked your homepage. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cb60nfINLJ
Since that is a JS code, make sure that there’s no other JS error on the console because it will prevent that code from working properly.

thanks it appears to be working, maybe it was a caching issue.
