Removing Main Sidebar Widget from page

Hello suppor team, I am not sure what happened but I am having problems with unexpected items showing up on this page below the products.

I used to be able to edit this page, but can’t find any way to edit it with the pro theme. Is there any to edit this page?

Hi @dstro003,

I am not sure what are you talking about. As a future reference please be as much descriptive as you can and always use screenshots to describe the problem you are experiencing. That will help us understand the problems.

I do not see any abnormal thing below the products on the page that is why I am not sure what section you are talking about.

Also, you need to give us more detailed information on what you did recently and what was different before.

Hi @dstro003,

Do you have existing customization? It’s an archive which isn’t editable in the builder, nor in Wordpress standard editor. You can find it in Admin > Products > Categories > Sample Packs, it’s not a page but an archive page (category). But I do see the content on that page is being rendered with page description. The products on the bottom are the correct one.

How about restoring your site to when it still working, then clone your site in a sub-domain where you can update it and then we’ll test and compare it. And please provide your FTP login credentials as well so we could check the files.

This is so weird. I have no existing customization. I actually don’t know how to add an essential grid to an archive page without the builder. I edited this page in the builder and put the essential grid element which are the top two products on the top of the page with the builder. Maybe the page some how got changed to an archive page?

I don’t have any updates to where the site was still working the way I wanted it to is there any way to clear everything in on this archive page except the sample pack products?

Hi,

I checked and can see two sample packs, one is a page that is set sa Shp page and another one which is a product category.

Please note that once a page has been set as shop Page it is no longer editable in Cornerstone
It will be populated automatically with your products like in our demo
