Removing large gap between header/footer and page content in Icon Stack

Hi. I need to remove the large gap of blank space between header and page content and between footer and page content.

I am assuming I can do this by either removing the space below the menu and above the footer, or removing the space above and below the page content.

Please advise best option and how.

My front page top and bottom looks like:

Thanks for writing in!

To remove the top padding above and below the page content, please add the following CSS code in the X > Launch > Theme Options > Global CSS (http://prntscr.com/evui3r)

.hentry .entry-wrap{
    padding-top: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
}
