Removing custom css from design cloud site template

Hi, I reviewed a closed topic in which someone had the same issue as me (they’d installed an entire site template from design cloud and wanted to remove it). In that thread Theme.Co staff said to remove all the pages the site template had added, as well as the custom css the site template had added.

Well, I go to the CSS in Theme Options and there is no custom css, yet some styling from the site template still remains when creating a new blank page. How/where to remove this custom css?

There’s no option to totally remove all the options for the design cloud installed to your website unless you will override it with another template from design cloud. In order to get rid of everything, you need to manually delete all the custom CSS and JS coming from the design cloud template. In your case, would you mind sharing the page URL your having an issue? and providing a screenshot to determine what styling are still there coming from the installed template is a great help.
