Removing box above content area

Hi,

Some of my pages that are being used as blog category index pages show a grey box above the content area (not part of sections that can be edited with cornerstone). I dont know what it is and dont know how to remove it. Maybe its the featured post slider? I am using RENEW theme.

Hi,

To remove it, you can add this in Theme Options > CSS

.page .entry-featured {
   display:none;
}
