hi! I’ve unsubscribed from Zendesk Chat but its still sitting there in my backend on the sidebar. how do i completely remove it?
Hey @tianagreen, try checking if you have a Zendesk plugin installed, if so, deactivate it and delete it. If there is no plugin installed, then try checking if you have a Zendesk code in the theme header which may allow the chat to show up, if so delete the code.
