I have a client who would like to remove the YouTube logo and related icons in their player. I have tried modestbranding in the Embeded Player with little luck. Does someone have insight on this? Photo below for reference

Upon my research, we won’t be able to completely rid embedded YouTube video players of YouTube branding. That’s why the parameter it offers is called “ modest branding ” instead of “ no branding ”.
YouTube’s entire profit model is based on getting people to spend as much time as possible on the Youtube.com domain. It is not going to give away its video embedding service without trying to lure users onto its own website.
If you would like to get rid of the youtube logo and icons, I suggest that you download the video from youtube and then upload it to your website. In that way, you can hosts your video on your website without the youtube branding.
