I can’t find the solution for my issue. I need to remove white space which is a gap between section when display on mobile phones. It perfectly displays on computer screen.

Instead of adding the margin 23.2em 4em 4em 4em to the top, right, bottom, and right of the text element, try setting the the margin to 0 then set the previously set margin values to the padding of the column that contains the text element.
