Remove rev slider on home page

http://s698145846.onlinehome.us/ i cant remove the rev slider from the top. when i change the setting in the options and save it. it still appears. please help to resolve.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing around! Please check in your WordPress page editor under page settings > slider settings: below masthead that your slider is deactivated. If it’s not then make sure to do it. If it’s already done then this can be just cache, delete the cache and check the site again.

Hello,
when i do this switch in settings ( page settings > slider settings: below masthead that your slider is deactivated ) and click on save. the page reloads and the slider is still there with the settings still showing that i did not change them.
please advise on this. thanks!

Hi,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, please provide us wordpress admin login in Secure Note

Hello There,

Thanks for updating us in! I have logged in and I was able to remove the slider. I went to Pages and hovered the homepage and click the “Edit” link under it.

In the Page Editing screen, I’ve looked for the Slider Settings meta box and made sure that slider is set to “Deactivated”.

Please check your site now.
