Remove Menu and Logo at top of website

Say, I’m using a different navigation menu. What is the easiest way to remove the current logo and top navigation buttons on each of the pages. It seems that you want to assign the custom Header and replace the old header from all the pages I would suggest you go to the Custom Header —>Settings —>Conditions —>Entire site.

You are checking the Page, the Condition option is available with the Header.

You mention to start go to custom header then settings? Where do I find this? Is it in Cornerstone Settings?

You need to check with the Assignment > Condition option of the custom header as shown in the given screenshots.
