Remove margins on a full width slider

Hi there,
Having some issues getting the slider to be full width of the screen it is on.
I am using the Agency Demo Slider, and have deleted the content and pulled in this image. I have set it’s size to full width, and it is doing it. Although I now have margins at the sides of the image, and would like the image to cover the whole screen.
The image dimensions are 2560 × 1023 so it should be plenty for a large screen?

Could you help me work out why this isn’t working please?

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to check what is the cause of your problem.
Hope you will not mind sharing your website credentials, including:

NOTE: You can also check if the Slider width is set to Full-Width or not from the Layout Setting of the slider.
