Remove Mail Chip : Plugin uninstalled but pop-up continues

I uninstalled mail-chip but the pop up continues to occur. Do you know how to completely remove it?

Thanks for writing in! You may integrated MailChimp with the ConvertPlus plugin. Please go to the plugins section and deactivate ConvertPlus plugin.
