Remove italics from google font

I have been trying to fine tune the things that load on my site to reduce load times, but I cannot see where this italic font is loading from:

I checked the font options in the theme, and there isnt one italic enabled, so I dont know why its loading, as I dont have italics on the homepage…

Is there anyway to remove it? or dequeue JUST the italics?

You need to go to X—>Theme Options —> Typography —>Disable the Italic option from

That is only available when using font manager, which I dont use as it doesnt render the fonts as it should, and even if I did enable, the italics is disabled:

I found the fix, it was the rev slider, I had load my own fonts, and switched to google fonts, its stopped loading the italics.
