Remove horizontal scrollbar

Hello,
i have a horizontal scrollbar that appear just above the footer, only on one page in which i’ve used a template (creative contact form 1). why is it here and how to remove this useless scrollbar ?

Thank you for writing in, please inspect the Element CSS area of that section where your contact form is placed and remove this custom CSS block.

    overflow-y: hidden;
}
