Remove/hide page title

Hi there,

On each of the pages I have created I have noticed that they come with a large piece of text of the title of the page in question.

For example, on my page ‘Blogs’ ( https://thelanguagesherpa.com/blogs/ ) there is a large word ‘Blogs’ at the top of the page.

Do you know how I can hide/remove this text?
