Remove header and page border and adding solid line under header

I would like to remove the header and page borders and add a solid line under the header, please see image below for target. Using X integrity. I have checked the given URL and seen a completely different output than the given screenshot. Can you please check and let us know if that output is correct and if you are asking for the solution to it?
