How do you remove the H1 tag for header and footer inline navigation menu “top links”?

Can you give us more information please so we can help you better.
On one of your site, I am not sure if that is the one you’re referring to, the headline above footer, which is CONTACT US, MENU and CONNECT WITH US is created using a headline element using the footer builder. That means you can inspect the headline element on the footer builder and change the tag accordingly.
If in case I misunderstand your issue, please share site URL and point which h1 tag. Thank you.
