Remove featured image from post

Hello, I am wondering how can I remove the featured image from showing up when you view the blog post?

Dealing with Anxiety as an Entrepreneur (Naturally)

I DO want there to be a featured image since we use them when showing all blog posts (https://heartbehindhustle.com/blog/) I just don’t want that image to show up when actually reading the post (becuase I’d rather use another image there)
