Hello support,
I would like to disable any animation on all my essential grids when a page loads. I read in another post that this was possible and have copied the settings on the documentation but it does not seem to be working.
Here is the webpage that it is on and the essential grid is called “interviews use”
Would it be possible to do this?

That is exactly correct. there is a bug regarding the initial animation. The steps you followed is correct but there is a bug regarding that.
We already informed the developers of the Essential Grid. Kindly make sure that you keep the Essential Grid plugin updated to latest version and see if it is fixed. If not you will need to wait till the next release of the grid.
